Here is an update on our upcoming annual open house at 213 Ridge Rd. Northwood, NH on March 27Th and 28Th from 9am to 3pm rain or shine.
For those of you who have never been here, not only is it a fun time for the whole family, it is also educational.
After a hayride to the sugar house, where you can see how the syrup is made and sample our products, you may choose to enjoy a pancake meal featuring our freshly made maple syrup.
Kathy O'Donnell of Country Roads Farm in Webster, NH will be offering pony rides.
While your here, take time to meet Jethro and Tony our Scottish Highlander bulls, see our son Nicholas' heritage breed chicken and his chicks that are scheduled to be hatched.
Finally don't forget to check out our maple products which include candy, cream, cotton candy, nuts, pop corn and ice cream all made with our pure maple syrup.
No purchase is necessary, just show up and enjoy the sweet smell of maple steam and the ambiance of a working sugar house. We look forward to seeing you. Please feel free to bring your camera and capture the moment.
Dear Sugarmama, I will be visiting your farm on Sat. and I was wondering if there is an alternate way to get to your sugar house/sweet breakfast ? My knees are old and I am a little worried about a hay ride.

Thank you for sharing your lifestyle and philosophy with me and my family. The maple syrup is delicious. I am planning a big pancake breakfast for tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteThe bigger of the two highland steers actually managed to scratch his own rump with his horns! what a funny sight. The photos we took will be seen by my daughter who teaches English to little Japanese children. She loves to show them our excursions in NH, USA.
I wish I had looked you guys up before we blindly headed out yesterday to other sugar houses. Will you be open for visitors in April?
